Privacy Policy

Urbanyards (Hyderabad, Telangana, India) runs bookwithurbanyards.com and its home sites. We collect only what we need to take and manage your booking, and we handle it in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Booking details: the lead guest's name, mobile number, stay dates, number of guests and any notes you add.
• Payment records: the payment status, amount, method and Razorpay reference numbers. We never receive card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Technical data: the essential cookies that keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage and support your booking, and to send booking emails and sign-in codes.
• To process payments, deposits and refunds.
• To contact you about your stay, for example directions or check-in details.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, such as guest registers, GST invoices and accounting records.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run this website, and only for the purposes above:

• Supabase: database and sign-in (servers in Mumbai, India)
• Razorpay: payments and refunds
• Resend: delivery of booking emails and sign-in codes
• Vercel and Cloudflare: website hosting and domain services
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google

We may also share information when the law requires it, for example with police or tax authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete everything else we hold about you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing urbanyardssudharshanam@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Grievance officer

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer at urbanyardssudharshanam@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
