House rules
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM
- Government photo ID required for all adult guests
- No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM
- No smoking inside the cottage
- Please respect the surrounding farmland and crops
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: full refund of the stay amount.
- Cancel 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the stay amount.
- Cancel within 3 days of check-in: no refund of the stay amount.
- The security deposit is always refunded in full if the booking is cancelled.
